Tingsha bell are use for Meditation and in healing ,space clearing and sound therapy. The sound of this Tingsha (cymbals) are high pitched use for cleansing space and energizing. Tibetan Tingsha are played by hitting the two edges together and then allowing them to move apart from each other so that the tone can resonate throughout the room.
