Delivery Information

Himalayas Shop is an online store offering a curated range of handcrafted Nepalese products. We take care to dispatch all available items promptly and without unnecessary delay.

Most of our products are shipped directly from Nepal. As our store is also based in Australia, some orders may be dispatched from Australia when this allows for faster and more efficient delivery.

For orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post (AUPost) to ensure safe and reliable delivery. For international orders, we work with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and other premium services to deliver worldwide. Express shipping is available for both domestic and international orders and can be selected at checkout where eligible.

Please note that public holidays and peak periods may affect carrier operations. During these times, increased shipment volumes can result in longer transit times.

For orders shipped from Australia to the United States, applicable duties are pre-paid in accordance with current import regulations, and no additional duties are charged on delivery.

For all other international destinations, customs duties, taxes, or import charges—if applicable—are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Regulations vary by country, and we are unable to control or predict these charges.

Tracking details are provided for all orders once dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery at every stage.
