Senju Kannon is a generally known as a Thousand-Armed Kannon or Kannon with thousand arms and a thousand eyes. He is one of the most loved bodhisattva and forms of Kannon. He is the one who protect all sentiment beings in the six realms of karmic rebirth. In most of the Japanese sculptures Senju Konnan is represented with 42 arms, the reason behind this is the ordinary 2 hands forms a Mudra of Veneration and remaining 40 arms represents the 25 Buddhists world, thus 25 X 40 = 1000. Senju Kannon has a 11 heads.
