- Healing Through Sound
The Full Moon Tingsha (8cm) emits a crisp and clear sound frequency of around 2000 Hz or above, making it ideal for various sound healing practices. Whether you're looking to alleviate stress, clear the mind, or simply unwind after a long day, the soothing tones of the Tingsha will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
At the heart of this beautiful Tingsha lies a delicate arrangement of lotus petals, symbolizing purity and enlightenment. Etched onto its surface is the symbol of energy, charged under the luminous glow of a full moon night. Also, the Tingsha is carved with a beautiful Mantra of Om Ma Ni Padme Hum.
- OM = The Vibration Or Sound Of The Universe
- MA = Represents Ethics And Purifies Jealousy
- NI = Represents Patience and Purifies Want or Desire
- PAD = Represents Diligence and Purifies Ignorance and Judgement
- ME = Represents Concentration and Purifies Attachment
- HUM = The Unity of All
The back of the Tingsha is also carved with a beautiful Mantra OM Ah Hum meaning transformation from impure body, speech and mind to the enlightened Body, Speech and Mind.

- Calms the Mind – The steady tone helps reduce mental noise and supports a more focused and peaceful state.
- Supports Deep Relaxation – Sound vibrations encourage slower breathing and relaxation of the nervous system.
- Encourages Mindfulness – Following the sound as it fades helps anchor attention in the present moment.
- Creates a Meditative Atmosphere – The resonance of the bowl fills the space with a grounding and peaceful energy.
- Connects Sound and Awareness – Listening deeply to sound becomes a simple doorway into meditation and inner stillness.
